What To Know Before Services
When making an appointment with Matthew Miller Skin, it’s important to follow these guidelines to make sure you get the best results from your service. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to these policies.
How has COVID changed my treatment?
-Please do not come in for a treatment if you are sick or experiencing a fever.
-Clients cannot bring any guests with them at this time.
-Temperature will be taken before treatment. Anyone experiencing a fever or symptoms will have to reschedule.
-Cash/change will not be kept on site. Please have a credit card or exact cash.
-Face coverings are mandatory upon arrival and after treatment.
-Please do not arrive early for treatment.
-Clients will be required to wash their hands when arriving to the studio.
-Beverages cannot be offered at this time.
How do I prepare for a treatment?
What is your cancellation policy?
Please allow 24 hours for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in 100% of the service charge or deduction in series/gift certificate.
Pop-ups will have a 48 hour cancellation or rescheduling policy. Failure to cancel or reschedule before 48 hours will result in the card on file being charge 100% of the service charge.
If I’m running late, will I still get the full service?
Guests who arrive late are not guaranteed a full service. Matthew will do his best to accommodate guests. However, if time does not allow, the service will be cut short by the time late. If the guest is too late to receive the service, they are responsible for full price of the service.
Do you take walk-ins?
Matthew Miller Skin is by appointment only.
Are children allowed to be in the treatment suite during my service?
Matthew Miller Skin is a small/intimate space. Due to size of space and liability concerns, guests are not permitted to bring children 13 and under. If you do bring a guest, they will have to wait outside the suite.
Could I have an allergic reaction to any of your products used during a service?
If you have any allergies, this should be communicated before arriving for your appointment.
What is your returns/refund policy?
There are no returns or exchanges on products purchased through Matthew Miller Skin. However, if you have an adverse reaction to a product, please email info@matthewmillerskin.com to discuss options. If an item arrives damaged, please email within 48 hours of delivery. Any products purchased through an Affiliate link will adhere to their return policy.
Can I combine promotion/discounts?
Promotions may be limited to certain dates. They cannot be combined with other discounts or series.
Can I use my gift certificates anywhere?
Gift certificates are currently only valid at the Los Angeles studio.
How can I pay?
Matthew Miller Skin accepts all major credit cards. While Matthew Miller Skin accepts cash, change is not kept on location, therefore cannot be given.
